Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) is a Civil Rights Law that ensures equal access to transportation for people with disabilities.  The ADA provides specific requirements for public transit vehicles and operators to prevent discrimination against and eliminate barriers for individuals with a variety of disabilities.  It also requires that all transportation personnel should be properly trained to proficiency in operating accessibility equipment safely and assisting individuals with disabilities with courtesy and respect.  Generations Unlimited is committed to following its obligations under the ADA.
